The Northwest is Phoenix’s third-smallest industrial submarket behind 51 Corridor and Scottsdale, but it is posting big activity, attracting two of the largest owner-built facilities of the year:

On behalf of Irwin G. Pasternack + Associates, the Phoenix office of JLL has completed a land deal that assembles 215 acres at I-10 and 83rd Avenue in Phoenix for TEN – a mega $300 million mixed-use business park. When complete, the project will become the largest freeway industrial employment site in Phoenix.

JLL closes largest Valley lease deal since 2011

TuesdayMorningThe Dallas-based upscale discount retailer, Tuesday Morning is renting 593,600 square feet of space from Liberty Property Trust at 563 S. 63rd Ave. near 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road. Managing Directors Marc Hertzberg and Anthony Lydon from the JLL Phoenix office represented Liberty Property Trust in the transaction and weighed in on why Phoenix was such an attractive market during the southwest regional search.
