JLL secures front-running position on list of companies pioneering businesses in technology

This assessment was narrowed from 500 companies to a more elite 100 organizations, positioning JLL ahead of its competitors as the highest-ranked company in the industry.

For the third consecutive year, InformationWeek is distinguishing JLL’s innovation and ability to deliver solutions that allow its employees and clients to maximize the value of their real estate portfolios. Unique among corporate rankings, the InformationWeek Elite 100 spotlights the power of business technology innovation.

JLL’s inclusion on the 2014 Elite 100 resulted from the impact of its Presence and Adoption team, formed in 2013 and comprised of Information Technology experts. The team developed strategies to train JLL’s global sales forces and brokers on the firm’s customized technologies that were developed to translate complex software and data into customizable dashboards. In just one year, the team was able to roll-out the implementation strategy and increase usage by 25 percent.
